Common issues
Need to cancel? Contact us before pickup whenever possible so we can release the authorization or process the appropriate refund flow.
Need to change the dropoff? Send the updated address quickly. Changes may be limited if the driver is already at pickup or en route.
Question about pricing? Fees are shown before checkout and reflect distance plus current operating costs.
