- Confirm the pickup name and address match the business order.
- Note any gate codes, cabin details, or delivery instructions we should know.
Common issues
Need to cancel? Contact us before pickup whenever possible so we can release the authorization or process the appropriate refund flow.
Need to change the dropoff? Send the updated address quickly. Changes may be limited if the driver is already at pickup or en route.
