Welcome to AlmanorEats. By using our service, you agree to the following terms.

Service Description

AlmanorEats provides concierge pickup and delivery in the Lake Almanor, California area. Customers place orders directly with local businesses, then use AlmanorEats to request pickup and delivery to a supported address within our service area.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from the pickup location to your delivery address, plus a fuel adjustment that reflects current gasoline prices. All fees are displayed before you confirm your order.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. For concierge deliveries, your card is authorized at checkout and captured when the delivery is completed successfully. Tips are optional and go directly to your delivery driver.

Cancellations

Deliveries may be cancelled before pickup. If a delivery has only been authorized, the authorization will be released. If a delivery was already captured and is cancelled before completion, we issue a refund before updating the request. Once pickup is underway, cancellations may not be possible.

Service Area and Availability

We currently serve Lake Almanor, Chester, Prattville, the Peninsula, and nearby local communities within our active delivery radius. Delivery availability depends on address verification, operating hours, and driver availability at the time of request.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for placing the order directly with the business, providing accurate pickup and delivery details, and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery if you choose handoff service.
